just a great time

Liked: it was easy access to our room. Loved the tiny bars of Dove Soap.We didn't do the breakfast we had a breakfast meeting, so we had to head out early.I do wish there was something in the room on the restaurants around the area. Like the Indian Restaurant. It looked nice but we didn't know what all they served.Thank you for a great time. Will stay there again if we are in the Springs

Location, staff and breakfast made...

Liked: Excellent location. Breakfast. Kind staff
Disliked: Dated furniture. Mattress sagging. Refrigerator in room did not work. Lack of shampoo, soap selection very poor compared to other hotels.

Liked: Fast check-in and check out.
Disliked: The whole facility has a musty wet smell. The room was filthy. The bed and furniture had stains, surfaces were not wiped down, curtains were falling apart, and the bedding did not smell laundered.

Disliked: Lots of patches on walls in room, worn furniture in room and lobby.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast/coffee and microwave in the rooms.
Disliked: I wish the hot tub was still in use. Above the ground hot tub would be great for sore aching muscles.

Exactly what we needed!

Liked: Property outside is under construction but the inside is great, we had 2 dogs & could not hear anyone else. Very close to food, freeway & anything else you might want or need. Staff were very nice, helpful & friendly.
