Dont Book for Building Pictures...

Liked: I Just like the Hotel building in the listing and the Hotel Building is good no doubt, but they are spoiling it with the staff and Managers over there and the Location that's what I booked that Hotel. If the Manager is not the Owner , The owner has to take serious action before every one stop booking this Hotel.
Disliked: StaffHospitality BehaviorEvening Lady at the counter once I checked in Specially General Manager Latreca Spencer I booked after reading below comments however realized they were just favoring the Hotel or either paid commentI wanted to stay more however after my first experience I just run away .

Disliked: When I checked out I asked for my receipt to show i paid and was told we don’t give receipts you’ll get an email with your receipt and I haven’t received anything. I’m not happy about not getting a receipt.

Disliked: Same foods every day.

Disliked: We stayed for the indoor pool as I am visiting my Grandchildren and with the rain we stayed to keep them busy with an indoor pool BUT it was so cold we couldn't use it Very Disappointed we left in the morning and found another place with a better pool and stayed there three days

Liked: The person who checked me in was really friendly.
Disliked: The hotel smells like mildew and is much older on the inside than it appears from the outside or on the website. There was peeling wallpaper and what looked like water damage in the hallway to my room. The bathroom shower had several hairs stuck to the walls, which was really off putting. It was a last minute booking due to an emergency, but I really wish I would have chosen a different hotel. I checked out as early as possible the next morning.

Comfortable stay! We'll be back!

Liked: The place was very clean and looked pretty new, although the smell on the 3rd floor hallway was very strange like there was mildew (maybe due to it being rather warm in the hallway) but once we got into our room, the AC was blowing very cold so our room felt great! The beds were comfortable although the sheets on one of beds was very worn out. The breakfast was typical LQ style breakfasts and was very decent (waffles, bacon, biscuits with gravy etc). Overall, we had a great stay! Front desk ladies were very kind and always helpful.
