Liked: Everything was excellent. We enjoyed the stay and everything about the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing location. Close to the road to drive around lake. Easy to walk to the city center. Supermarket in a walk distance. Literally 2 min. Just cross the road. Breakfast has a variety of drinks and meals. The pool is small, but if you use it in the morning or in the lunch time - nobody is there. In the evening, it can be impossible to relax there. Bed is comfortable. I have a very sensitive back, and it was OK for me. I had a room at the end of the corridor, so it was calm. Wifi is OK. I had online calls, connection was perfect. Coffee, tea, and hot water are available in a lobby 24/7. Washing cosmetics in a room was "Dove," which I adore. Fresh towels every day.Would recommend. Will come back.
Disliked: In the evening the pool was full. Kids were making some noise, it is not a relaxing experience. Not a surprise, but you should be prepared.The power in the room was low, and my phone charged slowlier than it normally did.

Quiet, comfy place to rest...

Liked: Room was very quiet, bed was comfy. Hot tub was great - except the last night the jets weren't working.
Disliked: Gluten free options at breakfast would have been nice

The front desk customer service...

Liked: The view of the mountains and that it had all of the amenities that I needed.
Disliked: I didn’t like that The Young receptionist after telling her that I wanted the most quiet room put me right next-door to the Housekeeping closet, which is where Housekeeping congregates in the morning for their shift and to get their carts ready. So I asked for a different room. And then the front desk person which was an older lady said now she can’t rent that room because I was there which I was only in there for about five minutes. But I didn’t think that that was any of my business as far as what she could or could not do. I am a guest and the room accommodations were not adequate for my requirements. Whether or not you can run it or not is none of my business. So that’s why you’re not getting a five star or a 10 star and I utilize your property all of the time. I spent a lot of time in your property in Las Vegas.

Liked: The breakfast was nice with a few exceptions.
Disliked: The hot food served needs to be a warmer temperature, my eggs and potatoes were cold. So I ended up throwing away, I do not like waste.
