Disliked: Everything first off the charge a ridiculous fee for if you want to get snacks or whatever and then don’t let you get the snacks unless you have cash then they took another 140 after the 240 purchase and won’t give it back

A great stay
Liked: All staff were amazing.Facilities & room very clean. Breakfast dining area spotless.I needed to use the laundry facility, but all of it was out of order. Staff could not tell me if it had been reported or it will be back in use.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. There was a blizzard so I got stuck at work. Made a reservation since ot was closest to my job. I was very pleased by how clean the hotel was, how safe I felt being I was alone and the breakfast was excellent! They had waffles, eggs, sausage and coffeewith REAL CREAMER! Made my day. I headed out and the roads were nice and clear.
Disliked: I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like others than the view I had was of the roadway but that didn’t bother me much. I was looking for an affordable and safe place to stay, close to my work.

Our weekend was busy with...
Liked: Breakfast was fine. Right down the hall from our 1st floor room. We had a waffle, lots of coffee, and took an orange for later. BUT, when we pealed the orange and opened it up, it was a black mess inside !!! We told the girl at the desk, but she just smiled and said that was odd. Maybe she should have had someone check the rest of the oranges !!
Disliked: The chair at our desk should have been retired to the upholsters about 10 years ago. It looked awful and we put a towel on the seat before using ! We (also) asked the girl at the front desk if it could be replaced and she said that wouldn't be possible. I don't understand, in a place with as many rooms as there are, why would your Manager allow such a shabby chair. II have a picture, but don't know how to send from my phone.
