Liked: Parking to hotel was quick and easy.
Disliked: It was dirty and ran down. The lobby had a few spots that needed repair and the windows must have been leaking because there were towels on the ledges. The leather chair in our room was peeling and was missing half the leather on the seat. We didn’t get fresh sheets, which was apparent from a big wet circle from someone sitting either after a swim or fresh out the shower, this was only on the sheets and padding layer, the comforter layer above it was dry. Originally front desk service was nice enough, until I had to call back about a simple billing concern and they were so rude from the moment they answered the phone. Considering I didn’t even make a fuss about the dirty sheets which is gross and opted to just remove them myself and get to bed without a complaint. I try not to be a bother but it’s a no for me. For what it’s worth the breakfast was good and check in/out was quick. Location wasn’t one to envy with the views but it is nearby many things with easy commute.
