Liked: I didn't check in. When told the pool was cold.
Disliked: The pool was not heated. No Hot tub.

Liked: I was plenty of room in the suite and it was clean.
Disliked: The shower was draining slow in 244 causing shower to need to be cleaned room service came in replaced floor towels did not clean tub.

BIG EHH FOR YA
Liked: I liked the big pool and the big hotel. Lots of space in the building plus 3 elevators is a nice bonus. The breakfast was above average for sure, no complaints there on who was attending and cooking the food and cleaning the area. They did great and worked hard.
Disliked: No pool heater — the water felt like Lake Michigan in winter. My youngest couldn’t handle it, though the older two managed. No housekeeping after 5 PM, and the lone front desk staff couldn’t leave his post to assist. Stained bed linens, an ancient pull-out mattress, and only three pillows per bed hint at deeper issues. Staff seemed disengaged, often on their phones instead of creating a welcoming environment. The hotel clearly lacks investment and attention to detail. For the price, it’s not worth it — fine for a quick stay, but don’t expect comfort or quality.
