La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Sharonville

Very good for the price!

Liked: The breakfast was good, the bed was very comfortable, the pool and pool-room were very clean!
Disliked: Treadmills were not working, pool was very cold, and the room did not receive any service while we were gone all day (like trash collected and wet-floor towels replaced with fresh ones…. There was also a weird patch on the carpet that was a little sticks and strange blue residue on the back of the door.

Liked: Staff was friendly . Hotel was very clean
Disliked: The pool closes at 8 (maybe stay open longer for adults) And switch up the breakfast ... But food was fresh and hot

If we weren’t looking for...

Liked: Very clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms and location was perfect
Disliked: Staff spoke very broken English which created a language barrier that made things more difficult, pool was extremely cold (like ice) and the breakfast was very disappointing. They weren’t refilling things as items run out such as syrup for waffles, bagels and other big items. The food was cold as well even the sausage links.

Disappointing

Liked: The colors where very beautiful and the location was spot on for where I needed to be.
Disliked: The beds were very broke in. The side door was not secure and open to anyone that wanted to walk in from the parking lot. The a/c unit in the living room was dirty along with some spots on the furniture. I've stayed at many other la Quinta locations in the passed and never experienced what I had with this one.

Disliked: No eggs for breakfast only ate dough.. waffles biscuits..and no other options but pork for breakfast...so I didn't enjoy a full breakfast

Liked: Room was very clean and nice
Disliked: The pool closed at 8pm. Should be open later especially for the adults

Worst experience, no customer service,...

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: Tried to get a refund, had my 10 year old with me. There were prostitutes in the lobby, marijuana throughout the entire hotel. The room smelled like urine. There was poop all over the bathroom.

A nightmare

Liked: Staff very rude and poor customer service Manger very rude and perverted behavior taken pictures on his phone of guests The hotel is running low profile prostitution and staff aware of what goes on
Disliked: Honestly I will never book any more hotel stays with this company even if they offer me a free accommodation Thanks but no thanks
