Liked: The lady working at the reception (Seda) was exceptionally pleasant, kind, calm, dignified, and very helpful. Also, the gentleman in the kitchen area (Henrik) was very friendly and polite.

Liked: Water bottles free in lobby
Disliked: Air conditioner didn't work, the staff were unfriendly, we had to ask about bath towels, breakfast wasn't good and juice was watered down.

Probably will not stay at...

Liked: Breakfast was really good. Room cleanliness addressed with front desk, young front desk employee was not helpful, said he would TRY to get someone up to our room to address the issue. Older female at the front desk was helpful and issues were resolved promptly.
Disliked: Room not cleaned before check in. Room doors left open, anybody off the street could come in and find a room with an open door. Serious safety concern.

Liked: Nothing at ALL! I checked out by 850 a.m. 07/24/2025!!
Disliked: Room i paid for , didn't exist! I walked into a king bed, no sofa bed! #2 room had NO a.c. nor did the phone work!!!! #3 room downsized with seemed 2 FULL size beds, that were beyond filthy with BLOOD & filthy dirt on sheets & covers!! Miscommunication with ALL staff & overall MANAGEMENT was rude & NO accommodating, NO apologies, & MANAGEMENT claimed Booking.com did NOT have me down as if I did NOT pay in FULL for 3 nights, that turned into an full 7hr stay!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!!! & other customers were in same scenario with rooms being filthy & NOT getting room what was paid & booked for BUT I did see this customer get accommodation with STILL getting a room she paid for BUT I couldn't!! Drove over 7+ hours , to get treated poorly & just overall disrespected!!

Decent Hotel but......be watchful

Liked: The location is close to the Paycor Stadium, and the breakfast is good, the water gets hot quickly. . The young man at the front desk was so pleasant with a smile he is awesome.
Disliked: We have stayed here many times but it looks like this hotel is going down. Alot of the guests were bums, one man was so drunk he hit a park car several times and he called the hotel clerk the N word. The bathtub has rust stains and the morning we checked out we noticed a roach crawling across the floor.
