Disappointing

Liked: They denied a partial refund due to their own lack of responsibility
Disliked: Thank you I will make sure to make other quest aware that you all are not great at making sure that guest actions don’t result in other guests being without amenities. I do know the pool and hot tub have to have maintenance done, however the hot tub had to be drained and refilled twice in one weekend due to other guest using the amenities in a poor way. Like bathing in them, drinking alcohol in the area with children around and I’m talking a whole twelve pack, or having baby’s in the hot tub with only a little swimmer on. Have a blessed day.

Liked: Breakfast was good room was good however they do not accommodate late check out and they don’t keep a watchful eye on other guest to assure the safety and sanitation of their facility.
Disliked: Booked another night because hotel could not accommodate late check out so my daughter could swim this morning. Even though I only booked the room for one more night with no intention to stay at the hotel another night just so my daughter could swim this morning before our attraction in Cincinnati before heading home. We went to the pool to be told it was closed for maintenance due to other guests not being supervised. So I paid for another night because the late check out could not be accommodated just to be told the reason I paid another $111 could not be used. I would like a portion of the money returned because the manager told me that he could not issue a refund since I prepaid through a third party site.

Liked: Everything I needed for a quick stay. Close to everything that you might need and in a safe location.
Disliked: I had to hold the remote really close to the TV to get it to work.

Liked: Every single staff member we talked to was very polite, kind and friendly. We interacted with at least 7 or more in the 2 days we stayed there.
Disliked: The remodeling was poorly done. The wrinkled wallpaper in the halls and several other very obvious things. But the stay and staff were impeccable.
