La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chicago Tinley Park

The staff at the Tinley Park La Quinta are some of the best staff I've dealt with in a long time at a hotel.

Liked: The whole hotel was great; the staff were so friendly and awesome.
Disliked: None.

Very nice room; very quiet; friendly staff; easy to get to venue.

Liked: Clean room; very quiet; friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevator broke.

Great location for a concert; easy cab access; walking distance to places to eat.

Liked: Great pool; nice staff - very helpful!
Disliked: Rooms were not as clean as I would like but not bad.

Disliked: Well, the breakfast was a little bland but it's okay.

Liked: It was close to the Credit Union 1 Amphitheater and food
Disliked: They gave me a handicapped room with one double bed instead of a room with two double beds. They said they were "booked." The hot tub did not work and the pool closes at 10:00. Blood stain on a towel.

Liked: I tried to cancel the reservation and I was charged anyway. The hot tub was closed down and the pool was not clean.

Not with the money, sleeping...

Disliked: Bathroom way too small. Rust by sprinklers. People out in the parking lot at all hours making noise. Went to use the pool and was sweating as soon as we walked in, toooo hot. Water temp ok. Didn't care that a group was trying to fight other patrons, totally ignored. Tables were sticky

Good

Liked: The location and the shower and bed. The cleanliness was not very good, I had to push the bed against the wall for my baby to sleep, and the floor under the bed was terribly dirty, with food, coins and lots of dirt.
