Liked: We liked the location, the free breakfast, and the pool option. The one person we loved the most who helped us out, her name was Raelee.
Disliked: A couple members of the staff were very unprofessional and rude. Our room at first looked great when we opened the door, but then when we started looking closer at the room, we noticed a lot of things that were wrong with it. There were very bad gouges in the floors, mystery substances on the walls and so many other issues as well as finding a cockroach during our last night’s stay. We addressed it to the front desk. The front desk was well aware of everything. Our room stayed in the state that it was when we arrived for our entire stay, which was unacceptable since we stayed over a week. We were never offered any compensation for the inconveniences.

Liked: The staff and location were good!
Disliked: The single elevator was horrible. It knocked along the sides on its way up. It also made a loud shuttering sound and vibrated hard when it was about to stop on the third floor where we were staying. Also, there is no bathtub didn’t look like it had been kept up with very well. There were little chips in it. It didn’t look inviting enough for a bath.
