Good budget friendly option

Liked: The room especially had some wear and tear, it was clean though.
Disliked: The pool was itty bitty, the smallest hotel pool I’ve seen! Breakfast was okay, we got there right at the start of breakfast and biscuits and gravy were already just lukewarm.

Disappointed - we won’t be...

Disliked: As soon as we walked in to the lobby, we smelled pot. The hallway smelled like it too, thank goodness our room did not. We listened to a dog bark in the room next to us, and when we left in the morning, they were cleaning the room across the way and a whole hallway smell like pot - it was nauseating.Breakfast was not at all warm and when I told one of the attendance that the coffee was out, she said she could get to it in 10 minutes The room was decent. The shower set up seemed all backwards.

Rude, dirty and not worth...

Liked: Breakfast was abundant and decent.
Disliked: The staff was beyond rude, there was only one lady working who was kind and pleasant. The curtain rod was broken so it didn’t shut all the way. There was mold all over the shampoo and conditioner bottles. We ran out of body wash because no one checked it the entire stay. We had to ask for sheets for the pullout bed which was fine, until the guy cut me off mid sentence and walked away. We asked them to clean the room, they didn’t. We stayed 3 night and I wish we would have paid a little more for somewhere better.

Liked: I like the location close to Ruby falls and Lookout mountain.
Disliked: The tv didn't work, the floors were very hollow. There were kids staying in the room above us, and you could hear them running back and forth at 12 am. We could not sleep. I have never been to a hotel where you can hear people walking over your head very weird. They only gave us a partial roll of toilet paper, probably from the previous guess, which is nasty. I brought my own toilet paper and threw away the other one. I always bring wipes to clean everything. The towel they had to put on the floor in the bathroom for the shower was extremely wet, I don't know why if it's a new towel mat. This is why I always come prepared because of things like this. I will not be staying here again. We never ate there breakfast so can't comment on that. Also, the chairs in the lobby are horrible they're ripped up and need to be thrown away. It doesn't make any sense to have those for people to sit on. Oh, I forgot the AC unit makes noise all night, so if you're a soft sleeper, then that will definitely keep you up.
