Exceptional

Liked: Owners are kind and helpful. Breakfast was the usual hot stuff etc but well made and well stocked. Internet was good and I was able to work. Water pressure was very good. It looks like they are refreshing some decor, paint, etc and it was very clean. The location was good and safe near the mall in downtown Champaign near many restaurants and shopping. It is just north of I74 and you can be anywhere on UIUC campus within 10min of driving.

Liked: The location was great. The place was packed for the weekend and the cleaning staff didn’t get around to cleaning our room. So that was a disappointment. The breakfast was the standard. The place was clean.

Decent hotel.

Disliked: Was there during a high demand weekend so of course the price was crazy for what it was.

Everything we needed...

Liked: Everyone was very nice and helpful at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. Good mattress and perfect pillows. The hot breakfast was quite tasty and had a nice variety. Couldn't ask for anything better! Thank you!
