Liked: During my trouble I had a medical emergency with my toddler and had to get medical help staff at the Location is very great at getting me to the nearest hospital and provided with so much support I am beyond great full with the staff at this location.

Very convenient for US Embassy...

Liked: I have booked at this place for the past 12 years every time I’ve been to Ciudad Juarez . This place always has a clean environment and staff is super friendly. I had a medical emergency with my toddler in the staff immediately responded with help in transportation to a nearby hospital. their staff was super vigilant and helpful. I will be forever grateful! The chef in the kitchen is amazing always making sure everyone is satisfied and the food is amazing. Thankyou!

Liked: The food was great. Employees were kind. The size of the room was good. The maids were friendly.
Disliked: Other guests were smoking in their rooms for a couple of days, and it was unpleasant that we were able to smell the cigarette smoke through our room and it wasn't until we called the receptionist that it stopped. He hotel needs to have more regulation about not smoking inside the premises.

Very comfortable one week stay

Liked: Breakfast was very good and complete. Eduardo who was in charge of it is a great guy, very friendly and attentive. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave which was very helpful to keep some food and avoid going out much. There was laundry available for guest use which was helpful. You'll be a five minute drive from the consulate and the misiones mall with restaurants and movies, 8 minute walk from a large supermarket.
Disliked: The breakfast space was a little small for the hotel's capacity. Some people had to wait before being able to sit. An on-site restaurant that served lunch and dinner would be very helpful too.
