Liked: Booked Comfort Inn Booking. ComChanged the Booking date fromAug13 to Oct 13. Hotel was sold out when we went to check in.Re booked LA Quinta and they canceled my reservation because the water was contaminated in the entire City of Butte Montana. We stayed in Belgrade Montana. I need to cancel Booking Oct 13 for Comfort Inn. Please refund my card.Online changed my Aug 13 date to Oct 13th while I was filling out details and looking for pet friendly. I believe your app changed the the date because the hotel was sold out.This happens a lot. Usually I catch it before I pay. Liked: The woman who managed the breakfast area was outstanding.
Disliked: Housekeeping was non-existent. Room only cleaned 2 days of 7 & only after I asked, even tho a sign in the room said they'd clean (photo). The hot tub was "under maintenance" our entire stay. Damage to stairwell ceiling (photo). When we complained, the assistant manager's response was "I'm sorry." Would have liked something to be done about it.

Not worth the money

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bed coverings were filthy. This hotel does not live up to the pictures posted online. It definitely is more worn down in person than the pictures protray.
