Probably won't be returning.

Liked: The location was close to the airport & the shuttle was convenient. The shuttle drivers were good.
Disliked: You desperately need to get new mattresses. It was very uncomfortable. The phone didn't work & I was unable to contact the front desk to ask questions. Also, and this is a very small complaint, the shower door kept rolling open like it was on a slant.

Good staff. Horrible property.

Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: The room was clearly outdated, patches in the carpet, worn furniture, and there was an unpleasant smell. The rooms need to be renovated. I wasn't comfortable there at all. I tried to spend as much time as I could away from the hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: The location (closeness to the airport) was the best part about this property.
Disliked: Poor lighting EVERYWHERE. Breakfast area shades were locked. No lighting there. Poor lighting in the rooms. Some lamps didn’t work. Some AC units didn’t work. Carpets were sticky. Faucets drippy. Extremely hard springed bed.
