Extremely frustrating.
Liked: Location was close. Shuttle from airport. Good value. Safe location.
Disliked: When I was checking in the person in front of me was complaining about no heater. The response was to give him more blankets (no other alternative). Then, when I check in, I am told there are no rooms available. Eventually, the receptionist calls the manager and they figure out that there are some rooms available. While he is there, she is telling the manager about all of the complaints (no heater from above, no hot water from another room, and hair on the mattress in another room). After they find a room for me (210), the front desk hands me a stack of blankets, “just in case.” I go to the room and the bed is half-made with a used napkin on top of it. Go back downstairs and was told we could go on a tour of available rooms (she was trying to be helpful). The first one had dirty towels on bathroom floor. The second one was OK, initially.But, then I realized that the TV and phone did not work (initially thought A/C did not work either, but that was user error). Ultimately, the receptionist comes up and fixes the TV, shows me the correct operation of the A/C, but cannot fix phone. I had a cell phone, of course, but given the experience thought it was safer to have a direct connection to front desk, and also could not receive a wake up call (for my early flight). Then, the iron did not work. The receptionist was quick, however, in replacing that. In between the time checking in, changing rooms and getting everything to work took from about 930pm to almost 11pm.

Will not stay there again...
Liked: I have been staying at this location as required for personal as well as business since the 90s and have over this period watched the degradation progress and the lack of service steadily decline. The elevator as an example is at least twenty years past its service life. Rough /jerky riding, smell of hydraulic fluid is near the point of making one nauseous and requires replacement plus another one is required for the entrance or frontal area as well. Long walk to the location and with luggage and family members not a pleasant journey. The on-going construction/remodeling is of very low quality and is going to have a massive corrective action plan for resolution. No business center with a computer or printer available. This is a big issue for those not carrying one with them due to low-cost carriers nickel and diming one into bankruptcy with ad on fees. So the only thing I did like was the airport shuttle. Fair condition and outstanding driver. He was working from around 5:00 AM and still there on our return at 8:00 PM.

Very poor
Liked: Close to terminals so convenient. 24/7 shuttle.
Disliked: Room stank, was in bad repair and run down. Breakfast was horribly overcooked and not fresh. Guest or homeless or ?? Screaming nonsense in the breakfast dining area non stop and the staff completely ignored it. Worst hotel experience ever.

Clean and large rooms offering...
Liked: Room was large and comfortable. Location was very convenient to our destination. Dog friendly.
Disliked: Although there didn’t seem to be a lot of customers we were not allowed to checkin until 3pm although we were there at 2:30. Breakfast was limited.
