Liked: When I got to the room, my curtains were torn up and hanging down and I did take video. That was hole in the floor of the carpet. At the front door, the stripping was torn up. And was the trip hazard? Proceeded to speak to the desk clerks. They put me in touch with the manager Bob he promised me he would change my room the next day and discount me for the first night. But he wasn’t even at the hotel when I woke up that morning. Then I had another one of the desk clerk ladies call him. He said he was sorry he apologize and he will discount the whole stay for half price. He asked for me to leave my phone number so he can contact me when it’s done. I would see it back on my card. Needless to say that never happened. Now I’m looking into legal proceedings so I can get my money back. I feel misled. They never advertised on the site that they were doing construction on the hotel and then the service that I receive of all people the manager everything was bad after that.

Disliked: The room that I stayed in had cockroaches running around in the room and the room smells the furniture is all stained up the refrigerator didn’t work no remote for the television I went to the front desk and complained about it and they didn’t do anything about it I checked myself out the same day will not recommend
