Disliked: Rooms stink, broken cabinets, broken light , broken trims, stains everywhere. Would not recommend unless you don’t have any other option.

Liked: The location was great! We did not need breakfast since we had to leave at 4 amI liked the cleanliness of the room. The shuttle service worked out for us in the early morning hours but Barely.
Disliked: What does not work well is how many hotels are sharing one shuttle service!Having to call again and again to get a shuttle and barely getting a shuttle when the 3 rd one arrived…credit to the staff member from the hotel and the shuttle driver that we even got on board… two many people needing rides from the same shuttle!! That does not reflect good on your hotel offering a service that is so not able to keep up! I was traveling with 4 minors and only able to sleep 3 hours!

Liked: Conveniently located, close to IAH airport. Rooms are clean, staff friendly and correct.

Liked: I thought this would have been a perfect place to stay since we weren’t to far from airport .
Disliked: When we got to the room the Ac didn’t work , the rest room didn’t flush and our tv didn’t work either . We even had a roach in our room took pics of that Called the front office and they wouldn’t pick up so I walked down there and told them they said they didn’t have a solution I asked if I can get a refund you have to call back when a manager is here . Maybe an hour later they called moved us to another room . At this point we were so annoyed we couldn’t even sleep we only needed this room for a few hrs to jump on our plane ride .

Disliked: Too dirty, furniture in very poor condition. We chose to leave the room 5 minutes after check-in and move to another hotel.Demasiado sucio, los muebles rotos y en mala condición, decidimos dejar la habitación y pagar otro hotel.Really do not understand how management permits guests to spend nights in this condition
