Disliked: When I tried to book at the hotel itself instead of a site I found the staff was not super helpful.When we stayed on site the staff was great

It was traumatic, painful physically...

Disliked: We booked a 2 queen bed room specifically as we were 4 people. The hotel gave us a room with one queen bed . They themselves decided to downgrade us without checking with us as they had another big booking that walked in later.We were tired from a whole day of trekking and had a full day the next day. Our backs were sore after sleeping on the sofa which was so uncomfortable. There was an elderly lady with us who was also disturbed by all those arrangement. Overall a very traumatic experience even after booking weeks in advance.
