Liked: Location. New building which meant clean/tasteful.
Disliked: We were really happy with the room and facilities but…the mattress was so lumpy we both couldn’t sleep well. We’re not high maintenance people and this hotel was built in 2019. We have. I idea how a new-ish hotel could have old lumpy spring mattresses. Check in asked if we had any special requests, then I mentioned my special request at front desk—she said “I’ll ck w/ the manager. Heard nothing. Received a standard text asking if there was anything I needed—I texted my request. ZERO response from anyone. All I wanted was a piece of fruit 5 min b4 the breakfast opened at 6am as I had to leave at 5:55 sharp.
