Proper etiquette
Liked: I love the facilities, the rooms are absolutely wonderful and that's why I chose to come back again I only lived 3 miles away I did not need a motel room I chose to stay there for their amenities and they're absolutely wonderful.
Disliked: What I didn't like was upon check-in and no I was not requesting an early check in the desk clerk totally ignored us for 5 minutes. She was not busy so I politely asked her do you need my reservation number so we can get checked in. I had my two granddaughters with me and they receded on the couch. She was extremely rude very unprofessional. This is my second visit to this hotel I am for some reason she chose to charge a $100 deposit on my credit card which is no big deal but for her to say that this is something we do for prepaid credit cards I thought was slanderous because number one it was not a prepaid credit card I work very hard to maintain my credit and established my credit and get my credit where it is today her whole demeanor was condescending and hateful. I'm going to ask for more towels for the pool she brought six and there were 20 other people in the pool swimming. So it was not a very pleasant experience as just a secret little getaway with my granddaughters from the moment we hit the door she made sure that it was the most unpleasant stay that she could make possible. And check out she was just as rude. So for this reason if she is still working there and has not been trained properly with how to deal with customers in a respectful polite manner then I would not return nor recommend my friends around town guests to stay there. My first experience was absolutely perfect. However this visit was not acceptable. And it had nothing to do with the facilities the rooms or anything it was the front desk staff.
