Liked: Staff was very nice very clean

Liked: The food and room was ok
Disliked: The elevator broke and the lady at front desk said she had to reset it so we had to walk up and down to the 4th floor and when we went to eat came back few hours later and someone asked if elavtor worked lady at front desk said yes when I reset it so she never did till she was ready and was not busy at all so we kept going up and down to the fourth floor just a lot of upgrades needs to be done

Not terrible but definitely could...

Liked: We had to take the stairs cause the elevator was running but was making sounds and movements that made everybody uncomfortable. One night we heard a lot of banging around on the floor above us for over 2 hrs in the middle of the night waking us up and keeping us up.

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: The rooms are very dated. A lot of speckle on the door and walls inside. The morning clerk not very nice.

Liked: Room was clean, bed was decently comfortable - good value
Disliked: Felt dated - They were playing a really awful royalty-free music video in the lobby 24/7, but that wasn’t that bad.

Wonderful staff and clean room

Liked: Extended stay and moved up in room as my room was given to someone or some confusion but was not sure if I could keep room
Disliked: told to put room key on phone and had to download app and use data onto phone and would rather have a card. I selected a double queen for having my mother room with me while in town but she did not want to anyway so I got to keep the upgrade. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me.
