Bad

Liked: Did not get to benefit the breakfast. Getting grandkids up and downstairs before 9 am. Ended to early on a Sunday morning.
Disliked: Have the pool taken care of. Is not to be green in color.

All together good experience

Liked: The staff was so helpful. Christy was prompt, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No working hot tub

Liked: Location is close to family
Disliked: Cleaning staff only spoke Spanish and front office staff only spoke English. When husband needed items for the room neither staff could get what he wanted cause front staff couldn’t speak to housekeeping staff.

Liked: Location, clean, breakfast!
Disliked: Beds were too low and soft. AC did not seem to lower the temperature to cold, had to request a fan to keep room at a cool temperature.
