It served our purpose of having a place to sleep for the one night.

Liked: The location was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was decent and we didnt have to leave the motel to go elsewhere and pay extra for breakfast.
Disliked: Wish there had been another arm chair in the room. One of us had to sit on the bed or in the roll around office chair. The original room we reserved was to have had two queen size beds and a handicap tub/shower. That room was not available when we checked in so we got a single king size bed, which was ok, just not what we expected; and there was a wheelchair shower only. Water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor.

Disliked: Customer service. Rude and unhelpful. No staff to check out. Long long wait to check in. Room number was written on key card if lost easy access to our room. Breakfast was not available due to a packed room and extremely long line waiting for food to be replenished. It was not a good stay.

Disliked: 2 rooms were very dirty. Floor not vacuumed, trash not emptied. Bathroom sink was not cleaned. Had someone else's hair in it. Neither motel representatives were very friendly.
