Great stay, but....

Liked: The stay was nice and we slept great!
Disliked: We were double booked for the same night. We canceled the reservation in time. However, we were still charged. The bathroom was a straight fall hazard. The water from the shower leaks everywhere in the bathroom!

Liked: Staff closed breakfast down before 10 AM. ( The Juice machine was turned off at 9:56-- I checked at the main desk to verify time. No real big deal but 10 AM is 10 AM) . Bread was not restocked when needed. The breakfast was nourishing and fresh. I enjoyed the total experience,.
Disliked: see above== but not making a big deal-- the purpose of this should be to notify management not to punish someone who is working to give me a good breakfast.

The check in was seamless...

Liked: I liked that it was close by the venue I was visiting.
Disliked: The inconsistency of the daily cleaning and that somehow my room key was turned off the day prior of my scheduled check out.
