Liked: The staff was so nice. My cat went missing in my room, and was so hidden we actually thought that she escaped. The staff helped me find her.

Disliked: 1) Check-in issues:We arrived late, around 10:20 PM, with our 2-year-old child who was already tired and wanted to sleep. A staff member gave us the room keys. My wife went to the room with our child while I was picking up some bags from the car. As soon as she opened the door, she found a man already inside the room. He was surprised, and my wife was shocked and confused.She informed me right away, and we reported it to the staff member. He gave us another key, and we went to the third floor again. However, the second room was also occupied — very strange.A similar situation happened to another couple who arrived after us. Twice, he gave them keys to rooms that were already occupied.The staff member explained that someone had messed up before his shift. I asked if he could call someone to help him, like a coworker from the previous shift, a supervisor, or a manager. He said they weren’t answering his calls.We had booked a room with two beds, but he said none were available. Instead, he gave us a room with one bed. Strangely, the couple who checked in after us got their room before we did. Altogether, the whole check-in process took about 40 minutes.Later, I asked him if I could use the laundry. He said yes. I asked if I needed coins or if it was a card system. He told me it was coin-operated but that he didn’t have any coins. He sent me to a gas station, but I went to three of them, and they were all closed after 11 PM. I don’t understand why he sent me there if he’s local and knows the area. Eventually, I found a Smith’s store and was able to get some coins there.⸻2) Laundry issues:I loaded the washing machine and came back after about 35 minutes, assuming the cycle was complete. However, I found that all the clothes inside were still very wet — they hadn’t been properly spun or agitated. I had to wring them out by hand.I then loaded the dryer and came back after the cycle was done.
