La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bossier City

Got a room; walked inside to huge dark stains on the sheets; pubic hair under the sheets in the bed; blood on the floor and on the phone in the room. Couldn't call the desk because the phone didn't work. Got new room. Bathroom had faeces smeared on the outside of the bathtub. Room was to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke and the sheets had burn holes in them. The lock on the door didn't work properly. This hotel needs to be shut down. I won't stay in any LaQuinta anywhere at all. I travel a lot and stay at many different hotels. This place is a dump!

Absolutely HORRIBLE AND NASTY!!!

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING it was nasty, the workers were rude, the manager he is a complete A**!!!
Disliked: Well for starters as soon as I pulled up to my room it was nasty outside, trash, people yelling over a bad drug deal about weed, the I get into my room, an roaches went running, none of my lights worked around the bed area, just the two bathroom lights worked, there was food splatter on several different walls, the shower was like it was never cleaned, there was someone else’s wash and wash cloth in there, but I do call about the lights several times and I was told maintenance would be there to fix it, never showed up, then the toilet wouldn’t flush, called about that several times told the same thing maintenance would be up to fix it, nothing so finally went down to the office several time’s and was told the same thing, told them I wanted a refund so I could go else were and refused a refund so I was stuck there with my two young children who were scared to sleep due to the constant noise and roaches, they never had enough breakfast, we got down there at like 6:45 and there was nothing but crumbs of eggs and nothing else but an apple’s!!!
