La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bossier City

Got a room; walked inside to huge dark stains on the sheets; pubic hair under the sheets in the bed; blood on the floor and on the phone in the room. Couldn't call the desk because the phone didn't work. Got new room. Bathroom had faeces smeared on the outside of the bathtub. Room was to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke and the sheets had burn holes in them. The lock on the door didn't work properly. This hotel needs to be shut down. I won't stay in any LaQuinta anywhere at all. I travel a lot and stay at many different hotels. This place is a dump!

Disliked: The bathroom door had no knob. The lamps mounted to the walls were loose- unsafe. Toilet is loose. Wobbles when you sat on it. Recommend repairing these issue. For a La Quinta. Disappointed.

Disappointing.

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The ceiling over the bath tub was cracked open due to water damage, there were items in the fridge from the previous guest, there was trash behind the bedside tables. Pictures were very deceptive in comparison to the actual room offered. The staff didn't answer questions at all, and one gentleman had us and 2 other patrons waiting while he completed a personal call for nearly 7 minutes. We stayed in room 125.
