La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bossier City

Got a room; walked inside to huge dark stains on the sheets; pubic hair under the sheets in the bed; blood on the floor and on the phone in the room. Couldn't call the desk because the phone didn't work. Got new room. Bathroom had faeces smeared on the outside of the bathtub. Room was to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke and the sheets had burn holes in them. The lock on the door didn't work properly. This hotel needs to be shut down. I won't stay in any LaQuinta anywhere at all. I travel a lot and stay at many different hotels. This place is a dump!

Liked: Bed was comfortable, when first arriving the staff was very helpful and polite.
Disliked: Wasn't able to check in early, this Sunday morning no coffee,staff for Sunday didn't seem to concerned they had several requests from others and didn't seem interested in helping anyone not to mention wasn't to pleased finding another person garment in the bathroom in the room I was staying, and the tv didn't work..

Liked: The young man at the front desk was very sweet.
Disliked: I had to get 4 different rooms. The first one had a big hole where the air unit once was but is now missing. The second & third rooms had no working key; even management couldn’t get in. The last room was dirty and the tv didn’t work; neither did the clock radio or 3 of the 5 light fixtures. I stayed just to sleep & will never return.
