La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bossier City

Got a room; walked inside to huge dark stains on the sheets; pubic hair under the sheets in the bed; blood on the floor and on the phone in the room. Couldn't call the desk because the phone didn't work. Got new room. Bathroom had faeces smeared on the outside of the bathtub. Room was to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke and the sheets had burn holes in them. The lock on the door didn't work properly. This hotel needs to be shut down. I won't stay in any LaQuinta anywhere at all. I travel a lot and stay at many different hotels. This place is a dump!

Liked: I did not like anything at all. The website of the facility is false advertisement.
Disliked: * DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION!The receptionist was nice enough to have me look at the room before actually taking the given room. When I went to look at the room the room smelled of mildew, the floor was sticky, light switches had dirty markings, lamps were dirty, fingerprints were visible to the bedside table, the bathroom was the worst of all! The tub was not at all clean, hair was left everywhere, toilet was not at all clean, the bathroom door barely closed. When I went back to the front desk to give my feedback, the receptionist said she knew that the room would look like that and offered to have me look at another room. The second room was just as bad but the ac was not blowing at all also. Again, I went back to the front desk to tell the receptionist that the second room was just as bad as the first. At this point she told me that the manager would not refund my money because that’s just the way he is, she was sorry for the situation, and then again said please look at another room because at this time it was nearly 1 o’clock in the morning. And I did, I looked at another room for the THIRD TIME. Long story short, it was just as bad as the two rooms that I had looked at. Bottom line, do not book at this location!
