Very nice staff and clean...

Liked: Very clean and located in great area.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: You have an excellent staff, very courteous Breakfast was really good and variable.
Disliked: Bathroom tub needed detail cleaning on walls

Disliked: It immediately flared up my guest’s allergies due to pets being allowed in the room. He had to check out and go somewhere else

Comfortable room, great location, friendly...

Liked: Location was excellent. Walking distance to downtown areas.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy. I could hear someone snoring in the room next door.

Liked: Nice and clean room. Close to exit door. First level.
Disliked: The 2nd night there was running up and down the hall.Kids were running and jumping in the room next door or top floor above us. Messaged the desk person twice and even went down and spoke with him. He stated he would do a walk thru to see if he could tell where it was coming from. He did respond that he spoke with the father and he would try to calm the kids down.....the noise continued until we finally went to sleep around 1AM. We were not pleased with that.
