Liked: Room was OK, seemed clean. The staff at the desk was awesome, the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The air was on constantly making it cold in spots. Slight odor in the room. the bathroom fan is on whenever the bathroom light was on which is very annoying. Parking was a problem the first night because the lines had been painted and many of the parking spots were not available.

Exceptional

Liked: Rooms were large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking lot was being revealed. This was only a temporary problem . But it was inconvenient.

Disliked: The hallway had a smell to it. Might have been old trash.

Nice hotel and good value.

Liked: Nice clean hotel with a good hot breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Close to activities and great accommodations for our family.
Disliked: The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Liked: Loved the porch to sit out and enjoy the beautiful mountain air. The breakfast was standard hotel fare but plentiful and hot with staff quickly refilling food as needed. Eating space was clean and well maintained. Front desk staff were kind and helpful.
Disliked: Slightly noisy with 421 right out window. Beds were soft for our taste but that is personal preference.

Liked: The breakfast was beyond good! The staff was very dry nice. A lady at the check in desk even lent me her personal iPhone charger…we were there for graduation and she saved my day!
