Overall good and location was...

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice room, quiet and good breakfast
Disliked: In a four night stay the room was only cleaned and serviced once on the second day. Poor room service!

Liked: Rooms were fine, breakfast was good!
Disliked: The gal at the front counter there specifically told us that booking through a third party is more expensive. Just call the front desk to get a better rate. We called another location a couple days later — the rates were more and did nothing to match them or even try. We had previously called this location before booking and it was not cheaper. Just be truthful.

Disliked: The shower head in our room needed replaced badly.

Liked: The staff were the friendliest hotel staff I've ever seen. The pool was open 24 hours. Never been anywhere that that was the case.Very clean room. 100% satisfied. I'll be back.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. LOVED the 24-hour pool/hot tub. Good access to rooms. Great pet area, and good to have pet in room. Room was very comfortable, and beds were, too. Room was quiet. Great location of hotel. I was having trouble accessing the internet, and the young man at the desk had me bring my computer down, and he helped me get online. Outstanding!
Disliked: There was 1 of the 3 days that we didn't receive clean towels, so we had to ask for them.
