Was just ok

Liked: It was close to the venue that I needed to be at
Disliked: The air conditioner did mot work well, no shampoo in the room.The elevator did not work well on the Saturday night I was there and my Dog and I were stuck in it and then it would not go to the 2nd floor and brought me to the 4th floor - so we took the stairs - not greatThe hall way and the ice room on the 2nd floor was very dirty....I was charged $29 a night for my dog - when it said $29 for the stay

Disliked: TV didn't work well, Local News channels frequent blacked out via Direct TV.

Friendly reception, good breakfast.

Liked: Kids loved the fountain in the pool.
Disliked: Disappointed the slide was gone.

The dirtiest hotel I have...

Liked: Not a thing, do not stay at this hotel.
Disliked: Do not stay here, the place was absolutely filthy the staff was rude and the location did not feel safe I was nervous my car was going to get broke into. The pool was dirty and dark and only 4ft deep. Really unfortunate to spend that amount of money and be disappointed. I wish I could load more then 4 pictures because every corner of this hotel was disgusting.

Travelling with pets

Liked: Excellent location for tra elling with a pet. Clearly identified pet area. Friendly staff. Excellent beds and great clean rooms with lots of room.
Disliked: Nothing. Best hotel on our trip

Liked: Convenient location. And it accommodated a family of 5 and a dog.
Disliked: My son slipped in the tub, because there was no non-slip texture on the bottom, and he fell down half way out of the tub and hit his jaw on the toilet. When I notified the front desk staff to see if there was an accident report we needed to fill out, I was told there was no such thing and the manager would call me on Monday. I never got a call. He has a large bruise on his jaw line.And on another note, the shampoo bottle that was permanently fixed in the shower was empty.

Friendly staff, but dirty hotel...

Liked: The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The property was dirty, the carpet throughout needs to be changed as it was torn/very worn in many areas. Our room was "clean", but smelled musty and the beds had rips in the box spring coverings on both beds. Not a place I would walk barefoot. Overall we were fairly grossed out by the condition, but everything else in town was booked, so this was our only option. There was also a kleenex wedged in the peep hole of our door when we arrived. It was just a very stark contrast to the Marriott property we stayed in the night before in Bozeman, MT. Will not stay again and definitely do not recommend.
