La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bend

I have never had such a poor experience in all my hotel stays. I stay at hotels an average of 150 nights a year. I paid for a three night stay and stayed only one night, with refusal of a cancelation refund.

Disliked: Bed was worn out. Also plans changed at check in and counter person said they were not able to cancel the next two days stay.

Disappointing, overpriced

Liked: Frankly, nothing other than the location was fine for the purpose of the visit
Disliked: It was not well maintained, old, not very clean. The staff were questionable.

Liked: It was a great location, clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: We have a kings suite and then bathroom was small toilet area was cramped it felt like you were using a public bathroom stall

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was exceptional! Ben went above and beyond being helpful and kind. Will stay again.
Disliked: It was a little high priced but I guess that is the times.

Disliked: The hot tub broke the day we arrived and the bed had dirty bedding. The mattress was horrible! It was so hard. We woke up so stiff and sore. Then we couldn’t even use the hot tub to soak!
