I have never had such a poor experience in all my hotel stays. I stay at hotels an average of 150 nights a year. I paid for a three night stay and stayed only one night, with refusal of a cancelation refund.

Disliked: Bed was worn out. Also plans changed at check in and counter person said they were not able to cancel the next two days stay.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast room staffed with friendly and helpful personnel.
Disliked: A bit difficult to find. Exterior sign lightening was very poor. Check-in staff not super friendly and won't provide a paper receipt - said I would get it from my booking company. Microwave had electrical smell/issues - notified front desk at check-out because we didn't want to get accused of smoking in the room.

It was ok.

Liked: The bed was pretty comfy and 3rd floor quiet.
Disliked: There was no fruit, eggs, and breakfast was sparse.The Bathtub was patched on the bottom. The curtains didnt close, so the street light shined in my face all night.
