Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The first floor rooms are quite packed, no light. the bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast setup needs to be changed as it was getting too cluttered.

Disliked: The air conditioner did not work. The room was quite outdated compared to the photos. Walls were dirty where hands go - corners, light switches. Stained carpets and chairs. Very dim lighting and only the sink light is turned on by switch then you have to find little thumb turn switches to switch on lamps.

Liked: Room was fine. But that night, I got the flu. I was unable to go do my intake, the next is in 2 days. So I called the desk and asked if I could get a room the next 2 days. They said yes, but not in that room, I'd have to check out at 11, and not check in until 3. OK, policy, I understand. Not sure how well I can cope, but I'll try. So I asked for a wake up call at 10.30. I went and got a cart, and talked to the desk clerk, and another curly haired lady, the manager, I believe. I asked for another trash can, I'd been barfing every hour. She said, oh you poor thing. We need to get her a room right away. What do we have, who can clean it, etc. I went off to load my cart. I came back out to lobby and parked my cart and collapsed in a chair. The manager said they could get me back in my own room. Then she helped the clerk. I had to check out, b4 I could check in. Fine. So I did, dragged myself back to my room, and the maids were so efficient they had already stripped the beds. Impressive. So I talked to them, they conversed with the desk, and 2 of them made up the beds as I sat in a chair and stared into space. I am very grateful for all their help.
Disliked: My second night, after I had been sick, the alarm went off at 6am. I slapped buttons and it shut up. For 10 minutes. Then alarm. I'd think, I'll call desk in a minute. Alarm. I guess I finally slapped the right button. And the microwave door locked me out. I didn't want to bend over, stick my head in a shelf, or fall over.. I finally knelt down and found a door open button that was not the door open that I used to open it. Never saw anything like that
