Poor service

Liked: Breakfast only had bananas as fruit. And only skim milk. Location was good
Disliked: The front desk clerk gave our room to another guest that complained about the room they had. This happened before we arrived. We did not get the room we reserved. And were not notified at all until we checked in. And they wouldn't fix it

Liked: The staff was wonderful. The gym was great.
Disliked: The noise all night long at the side door outside of our room.
