Disliked: The smell of marihuana was everywhere in the room, at the elevator even when we’re walking to the exits the smell was so strong. It suppose to be a free smoke hotel but smell says other things.

Stay was a terrible experience...

Liked: I liked the location of the property. It was very nicely located, easy to get in and out of and close to a bunch of amenities.
Disliked: I arrived at 4:30pm and the hotel had no room ready for me even though the agreed upon check-in was 3:00pm. The lady at the front desk who helped me check in was extremely rude and seemed like she just absolutely hated her job. When we did finally get into our room, there was a hole in the wall and the outlets behind the tv didn’t work properly. The breakfast was extremely poorly made and mostly cold, staff made it very difficult to get towels replaced as they “don’t replace toiletries, bedding or sheets daily for any stays over one day”. This seemed absolutely ridiculous to me, as I have never used dirty towels to dry my clean body in my life yet they acted as if this is a normal thing. They give you three towels and a hair towel for two people and expect them to last your entire three day stay. On top of this, the hotel is supposed to be smoke free yet there were staff members smoking out back by the closed pool and watching other customers smoke right outside the side door with it propped open with a rock. I will absolutely never stay at this hotel again, because there are plenty of options that are much cheaper where you are treated much nicer and at least don’t struggle to be able to use the amenities that are included in the cost of your stay.
