Not in a very good part of town. Hard to get into the driveway - very sudden turn. Had to wait for the room to be ready. The price of the room was good but I won't stay there again.

Liked: It was fairly close to the Rabobank Arena.
Disliked: Hotel is old. Room had an order to it. Bathroom almost impossible to move around it. Very small toilet.

I would not choose to...

Liked: The room was comfortable enough. I know they are in process of remodeling but maybe they should close till they get a little further along with the process, finish a few rooms and then be open for business.
Disliked: The first thing that went wrong was the toilet backed up on the first use. Then the TV remote didn't work. There was mold around the tub and no stopper for the sink.

Liked: Bad area. Just overall dirty pace. I wish I would have slept in my car over this place. Seems like the owner's want to collect money, but never put back any of it their facility. Terrible experience.

Liked: My husband enjoyed the waffles, being a Celiac my self I had a boiled egg. The outside property wS clean the staff were great. Our room was nice sized the bed was okay but the headboard hD dust as well as the lamp shade. I had come from having eye surgery and that bothered me. The bath tub was dirty and there was something brown on the light switch. The price was right and it wS within 2 miles of my Dr's office. I will probably come again in the future. Friendly staff is always a plus

Disliked: Rusted shower head in bath. Old and dirty bathtub. Shoddy caulk work in bathroom. Doors that are hard to close. Paint peeling off the front door. Forty walkways and parking. Old and deprecated paint. Cockroaches in room (2-3)Extremely uncomfortable pillows.

Liked: The staff is excellent and always smiles..Great service had a wonderful mini vacation.Very quiet and house keepers very respectful and receptive..we enjoyed our time here the air conditioning was perfect ..
Disliked: That we have to go home now
