Disliked: No ac in the lobby. Super long line to check in with no ac. The breakfast was soggy due to how humid the lobby was. Also, I reserved a regular room and got a handicapped room with a shower that was waist high. Ice machine wasn’t working etc

Disliked: Filthy. Under bed riddled with dust, an empty styrofoam cup, and a whole pizza box. A/C reeked. Hallway reeked. Carpet stained all throughout. No cameras outside despite frequent break-ins. We were told, "APD usually circles the block every couple of hours"

Good hotel but please upgrade...

Liked: Second time staying at this hotel, the location was convenient for our destination, room was clean
Disliked: A/C units are too loud, hard to sleep even with earplugs :( please fix or change them
