Nice room, friendly staff

Liked: The room and the staff were very nice. Overall I like the place
Disliked: The facilities are falling apart. It's a nice place overall but there's a lot of small repairs that would go a long way. They are charging too much to have problems like that.

Liked: Location is great, comfort of rooms, plenty of parking. Ready coffee. Great WiFi.
Disliked: The reservation process was uphill. No record of previous stay 4 days earlier to use and did not look up my member number. Difficulty with English.

Bad

Disliked: Didn’t get back to the hotel around 3:30am just to find out our hotel room was open with our belongings in it. They provided us with a new room and when we woke up we discovered that the bed has bed bugs.

Liked: I enjoyed the free breakfast.
Disliked: They didn’t have the pool ready so I didn’t get to fully enjoy my stay here. Plus the bed was too firm and no fan made the room flow not as great.

Satisfactory

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Parking was easy. Great location
Disliked: Facility is being remodeled but my room was not remodeled. Sheets and pillows need to be replaced. Would have to pay $5 for microwave and frig.

Liked: This La Quinta exceeded my expectations....All La Quintas are not created equal!! Comfortable and good breakfast.
