Liked: Office & cleaning Personnel Excellent Help! Very helpful, Very kind. Always help us when in need of anything if they could. Had to leave day earlier and was refunded 1 day. Thank you!
Disliked: Light in room front door & by bed sometimes wouldn't work. Scary short wires.. Couldn't do laundry Dryer was broken( feel you should have ET.backup mechanic to fix things like that! No Pool. Food was not good should suggest more homemade or on burners keep warmer. Coffee was good. TV was not Program couldn't get Cable movies no brochures how to work or channels. Front desk didn't help with that even Manager just suggest yo look up certain channels. Ugh!!

Disliked: The male hotel receptionist should not be in the hospitality industry. No coffee, no smile, not helpful, arrogant. Perhaps cleaning dishes or bedrooms or something that is not customer facing is better for him.
