Liked: Excellent! Very nice hotel. Everyone was very courteous.

Great hotel very close to the concert we attended. I would stay again if rooms were colder. Had two rooms and neither one was cold. Cleanliness was good and staff very friendly.

Liked: ery friendly staff. Extra clean rooms and good breakfast.
Disliked: A/C did not put out cold air so it made for a warm night.

Disliked: Our issues1. Rooms were to be cleaned once in 3 days. However, the towels had to be replaced every day. Despite telling the reception on two consecutive days (when it did not happen on first day), the dirty towels were not replaced. Our understanding was that while linen will not be changed, but at least beds will be made every day, but we were told that beds would also be made only once in 3 days - that was a big disappointment and to return to an unclean room in the room was not a good feeling.2. Items finished in breakfast on two days well before the end time. On requesting they said they had run out of fruits on one day and some other item on another day. 3. The plug points in the room were so inconveniently placed. No plug point on study table - the available plug was used for coffee maker. So to connect my laptop, I had to get under the study table, take out the coffee maker plug and vice versa when I needed to use the coffee maker.

Liked: The TV in our room was not working so , the staff tried to figured it out while we were aout for our convention , but the could'n , so the manager put us in another beter room , I think her problem solution to this situation was very accerted and exactly as we were spected .
Disliked: The Tv was not working, but the staff was probably not aware of this.

Overall really quiet chill atmosphere....

Liked: Over all not much to complain about. The breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: The bathroom, there toilet paper was all torn up and the bathtub leaked water.
