La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Capitol

Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Our experience was pretty good. The room was a little expensive but it is Austin and it was a weekend. I would do it again.

Liked: Breakfast was nice. It was great that we were able to walk to the Capitol so Location Location Location!!!
Disliked: bugs roaches, I paid for two rooms and got one, went to front desk and was told that I only checked in for one room when my reservation clearly was for two. I got a bit frustrated but I think it got straight.

Liked: Location was perfect , just the distance i need it to do my apostille. room was okay, and breakfast was a okay. and front desk staff Jonathan was wonderful very helpful.
Disliked: the elevator was not working had to use the stairs from the 3rd floor

Disliked: Alot, the elevator doesn't work, the only fruit for breakfast all weekend was oranges, the breakfast was just bad. Our bathroom was filthy and starting to rot away. The owners clearly don't care about this place anymore and the staff reflect it. I bet this place will be closed in a year. They need to just tear it down and start over. Wyndham needs to do a site visit. They shouldn't have their name behind this location.
