It was ok, however there...
Liked: Good location to the hospital
Disliked: Looked outside our window ( room 124 ) and saw a DEAD tree about to fall, maybe it’s been there in that state for about 2 years( that needs to be cut down ) before it hurts someone. You also need to trim the tree going from my room on the outside to the lobby ( it knocked my hat off ) it needs attention !! Landscaping not doing their job. I’ll know if you read my comment when I go stay there again if the tree is still there and the branch not trimmed…. I’ll know

Prob won’t stay here again,...
Liked: Loved the location! We walked most of our stay. There is a Whole Foods right next door. The beds were super comfortable!
Disliked: Staff wasn’t very friendly. Housekeeping comes every 3 days. We left on the 3rd day so nobody ever came to change sheets, towels or take trash. I called the front desk to ask for new towels & sheets & was told I had to go get them myself.

Excellent Staff and Peaceful Atmosphere
Liked: The staff was attentive and friendly, ready to assist with anything we needed. The facilities were spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient and easy to access, and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing. Without a doubt, an excellent choice for a restful stay.
Disliked: The only areas that could be improved are the comfort of the beds and pillows, as they weren’t entirely comfortable. Also, for stays longer than two days, it would be ideal to include room cleaning and towel changes. Breakfast is good but a bit repetitive—not bad, but it could benefit from more variety.

Bad
Disliked: We were booked to stay at La Quinta by Wyndham Austin at The Domain from July 25–30, 2025, but were forced to check out after just one night due to mold in FOUR different rooms: 141, 139, 103, and 104 (the worst). The manager on duty admitted the mold was a health concern, not a preference, and said it “wouldn’t be fixed overnight” — yet also told us other guests may still be placed in those rooms. When we asked for help or to speak to corporate, we were told she was our “best bet” and were denied contact info. We were also told that we couldn’t be moved again due to a “labor concern” — as if mold wasn’t serious enough to warrant proper cleaning. We’ve taken photos of all rooms. We were without a safe place to stay and are still waiting for a refund that is supposed to take 7-10 days..Mold is not a matter of “standards” — it’s a health risk. Wyndham and this hotel failed to take basic responsibility.Avoid this hotel until this issue is fully addressed.

Hot rooms
Liked: Nice plenty of parking very clean.
Disliked: We stayed in room 303 we thought the AC being on low when we arrived and it was set at 68F is why it was hot but we arrived at 10pm so it should of been cooler in the room I would assume anyway we went out for the night and get the ac on high when we left but the room was even hotter everyone woke up sweating it had to have been at least mid 80s no one slept really it was so uncomfortable.
