Staff needs sensitivity training and...

Liked: The location was good and close most of our needs.
Disliked: The staff was unprofessional and uncaring. I discovered cockroaches in the middle of the night and again early morning. I took pictures of it. While checking in the staff, name tag was not visible said, “I need to collect $75 deposit in case something is STOLEN “ I found this comment very rude, unprofessional and highly offensive. I’m a retired Federal Agent. I know deposits are collected in case of damage I have never had anyone make such a derogatory comment ever before. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and we were a family of three. I was told a towel will be delivered to your room and none was sent.
