La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport

I just needed to stay for the night. Nothing spectacular. It was clean, room was nice and decent breakfast. What you would expect from a La Quinta. I would stay again.

Liked: Room was very clean; the workers were all very nice.
Disliked: The food was served until 10am, but we got down stairs to eat at 9.35 and the food was all gone.

I won't stay here again...

Liked: The room was excellent and very clean. All aspect concerning the room was good.
Disliked: For starters, we did book this stay here due to the closeness of the airport and the fact that it had a pool. Once we arrived and was already checked into the room, we noticed the pool was out of service. Called the front desk on the 25th of may roughly 5pm, to see if they had a partnership of some sort with other locations or if there would be credit of some sort refunded as the pool was out of service. We where promptly answered no we dont have a partnership, no credit will be provided and since we just checked in they will gladly cancel the room and we could go look elsewhere. Ask for manager was told no manager on site till tomorrow. This was terrible customer service that only escalated the situation into a more difficult and disappointing one.

Airport hotel

Liked: The location is great, as are the facilities.
Disliked: I stayed in room 217 and I have done it in the same room several times and the carpet is broken, it is in bad condition, the TV does not work, the internet, I let them know so they could help me, the maintenance man said it was normal for the internet not to work well.
