I will never stay there...

Liked: The pool
Disliked: I did not like the fact that we could not get a good nights rest due to someone making noise all night above us and we called and complained to the front desk 4 times and nothing was done; then we woke up to someone being dead in the hotel. We seen the body come out and everything when the coroners came. This was from the room that we had made several complaints about. Very traumatic experience and I will never stay there again!

Liked: Pool, large rooms, comfortable lobby.
Disliked: Dirty pool, dirty “Disgusting” pool restrooms, pool furniture and chairs not at the pool “used for smoking/break area for staff. Charcoal grills around the pool for staff. Wet moldy sidewalks. Breakfast was sparse, empty bins and no food. Milk, coffee, creamer, constantly running out. Breakfast staff sleeping on the couch with pillows and a blanket. She looked agitated when asked to do something. A big shout out to the desk staff for checking in. Each and every one was kind, caring, and informative. It is a shame that the other people were not as helpful.
