La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Auburn

My only negative was when we checked in our room was not made up. They had to transfer us to another room that was clean, otherwise we had a good stay.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean and friendly staff

A comfortable and convenient place...

Liked: Very comfortable place to stay, clean and well supplied. The location is quite noisy, surrounded by busy highways. Our welcome on arrival was a little chilly and crisp.

Don't believe the advertisement

Liked: Comfy beds
Disliked: The TV did not connect to cable only local channels which is false advertising,pool was cold and location is loud area by highway

Convenient location

Liked: Property is clean and employees friendly. Road noise is very loud through out the night.

Everything else was super super...

Disliked: That the bed were super uncomfortable

Liked: The pool and hot tub was the best

Mmm not what I was...

Liked: Location, the main entrance was secured and lobby as I passed through looked clean. The gal working was kind! It was nice of them to have a Bluetooth alarm/radio and I like the dove products (although I did not use, I appreciated that touch). Personally, I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast but others seemed to like it.
Disliked: The room was dirty… I could tell it had not been vacuumed/ swept or dusted in a long time. There was mold on the window seal and the tubs did not look very clean.

Disliked: Staff unfriendly, toilet ran all night, refrigerator was running loud at night.
