La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Auburn Worcester

This hotel needs to be gutted and refurbished.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Room wreaked of cigarette smoke - no non-smoking rooms available; bathroom door was broken (wouldn't close); carpet filthy; hair all over the bathroom floor.

Hotel was fine for just sleeping; nice TV, bedding and breakfast.

Liked: TV; breakfast.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the hotel got turned into a shelter base and was no longer booking hotel rooms. I was told that I should’ve received an email about this but never did. We got lucky that we chose to attempt to check in before our concert or we would’ve been screwed.

Liked: Breakfast was great, staff was accommodating and extremely professional. We needed an early check in and they were understanding and respectful of our situation. We've stayed here previously, and have always had a great experience.

Decent room, shady business practices

Liked: Clean enough, basic
Disliked: Staff couldn’t find my booking.com reservation and payment at check in. They put 2 holds on my account - one for $150 to be refunded once the morning staff processed my checkout, and a standard $100 deposit. After neither deposit being refunded in 10 business days, I called and they told me they found damage to the room (smoking), and kept the entire $250 on top of having the room been paid in advance through booking.com

OUR STAY AT THE LA...

Liked: THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! WE HAD CHOICE OF WHAT WE WANTED TO EAT FOR BREAKFAST.
Disliked: IWAS SATISFY WITH THE HOSPITALITY WE RECEIVED. THE STAFF WERE VERY ATTENTIVE.
