La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Auburn Worcester

This hotel needs to be gutted and refurbished.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Room wreaked of cigarette smoke - no non-smoking rooms available; bathroom door was broken (wouldn't close); carpet filthy; hair all over the bathroom floor.

Hotel was fine for just sleeping; nice TV, bedding and breakfast.

Liked: TV; breakfast.
Disliked: None.

It was okay

Liked: I like that it was a convince,
Disliked: The fact that they are doing repairs at 8am in the rooms on the above rooms on the third floor above me and never informed me as a guest of that happening and the fact that I found a cocroach in the bathroom tub on my Stat and only apologized for the inconvenience it may have caused.

Disliked: Everything else!!! Will never stay at one of your hotels again!!

Liked: I have stayed at other LA Quinta inns and this was a dump.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were very friendly, main part of the building looked great!
Disliked: The entire room was damp and wet (including the bed sheets, blanket, etc)Around 1 in the morning the people above us started stomping around with their shoes on, opening and slamming doors. Didn't stop for about an hour.

Disliked: dirty, smelled bad. moist atmosphere, musty smell, mattress was in a thick plastic bag, roaches, wifi didn't work, no channel guide for tv

I MIGHT stay again, if...

Liked: CleanStaffA/C worked fine.
Disliked: Sink outside the bathroom. Horrible lighting. Hard to read at the table, impossible to read in bed. Hard to see microwave controls. Two small lamps in entire room.No TV guide or instructions.Very small, low toilet.Had to run hot water for 1/2 hr to heat it up.One bed sagged signifiantly in the middle. NOT comfortable.Three of the four lights in sink area blinked constantly.

How hum.

Disliked: Breakfast was not available one morning, but I was not offered a credit because it was free. The day there was breakfast, it consisted of dried out bagels. Coffee was good though.

Bad

Disliked: I was assigned a room on a floor that was actively under construction. To access my room, I had to walk through a dusty area and was fully exposed to ongoing construction work immediately upon exiting the elevator.
