Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was construction going on the 3rd floor, but it didn't cause any disturbance for me.
Disliked: Two things:1. When I arrived on the 16th, they did not have a reservation for me. I showed them your email confirming my reservation. She still could not find anything. We did notice on the email there was a partial credit card number that secured the reservation. The number WAS NOT any credit card I have. You need to check out what happened. Thank goodness the property had vacant rooms, so I did have a place to stay there.2. The toilet was very low in height and extremely difficult for me to sit and get up. The sofa in my room and in the lobby was also difficult to get up from. Did a short person choose the furniture and facilities?

They wanted a credit card to have on file, AND THEN on 4/5, THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD and came out of my account!!!!!I called, they didn't seem to really care, so they said they were depositing the money back but would take 3-5 days. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, as I figured paying in advance, would be a great idea. Guess it wasn't. Everything was great, but I won't stay there again.
