Hotel needs a serious uplift as everything is old, faded and worn out. Staff was professional and courteous.

The hotel is located in a decent part of town; some traffic on the main street at rush hours, but that's to be expected. The staff was friendly and check in/out was quick. Room was clean and quiet. The business center and breakfast area could use a little work but all in all it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Liked: Clean room; friendly staff; renovations seemed to be underway.
Disliked: Small breakfast and business center.

Will return!

Disliked: The pet-approved room smelled SO strongly of cat urine. It burned my nose and I had to ask for another room. That one wasn’t much better either. I’ve stayed at cheaper motels with a better pet friendly room than this.

Liked: the room is clean, but the breakfast is not good
Disliked: Didn't get the room at 3:00pm check in time , have to wait for almost an hour. Instead of apologizing a front desk clerk told me that I have to wait until a room available. After check out I had email to the property asked about the electric toothbrush that I left there, but never get an answer.

Bad

Disliked: I went to check in but the system was down. When I returned my paid room had been sold again. The attendant told be I had until 2am to check in. When I returned there was a new attendant who told me the time was 130am although I was there before then .

Liked: It was very close to surrounding restaurants and shops. It was very peaceful and quiet. Very clean room and lobby. The staff was great.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t so comfortable.

Poor

Liked: Check in process was fast.
Disliked: Hotel was smelling, tv was not working properly (internet problems), when we want to change the room, they said this is the best room and tv. So, If it was best, I was wondering the other rooms. And I became sick after the night, I think they need to change A/C' s filters regularly. Not satisfied. There was no fresh air in the room.
