Liked: The staff's mannerisms
Disliked: There are too many problematic issues, outdated, and not fresh smelling. Towels were badly stained, carpet throughout the facility needs replacing (in & out of the rooms); extremely stained/dirty. Furniture inside rooms are nasty looking, damaged & should be disposed of. Unable to enjoy the basic or really any amenities that's expected & paid for. The facility itself is outdated & should be closed totally, then renovated completely. I stay at many La Quinta hotels, but this one was a real disappointment

Liked: The staff was fruendly
Disliked: The staff members children were running around like wild animals. Knocking over luggage etc. zero discipline. The representative would not tell the kids to stop aggravating customers

This hotel was a laughing...

Liked: The location needs to be renovated and cleaned.I heard a guest ask for toilet paper and front desk said they were all out. The elevators doesn’t look like they have been serviced in years.The rooms are filthy and sofa beds are stained badly and torn material. The head board is peeling. The White Bed sheets were stained and it was very obvious and disgusting. The hall and the room carpets smells ridiculous and just like mildew and stained all over. The furniture in the room is broken and scratched up bad, needs to be on the garbage. The legs on the desk open entering the room was completely broken, and leaning. The main light did not turn on in the room. Only lighting operable was the bathroom. The toilet and shower is covered with mold and mildew and they painted over it on the walls. It’s bad! It’s not healthy her. It’s not clean. The pictures on the website looks totally different from what you actually get at the location.
Disliked: They property is not up to part, or maintenance at all.

Disliked: This experience was completely unacceptable. My sisters and I were forced to move through four different rooms — three of which had visible mold. One room smelled so foul we couldn’t even step inside. To make matters worse, another guest told us she was sent to two rooms that were already occupied — a serious violation of safety and privacy. There were wasps flying around the lobby, stains all over the property, and an overwhelming sense that the entire hotel is neglected and poorly maintained. This level of disregard for cleanliness, safety, and basic hospitality is outrageous. I am beyond grateful that this wasn’t the hotel chosen to host the conference I’m attending. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property altogether
