Pitiful

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: The safety lock on the door was broken. We were next to the utility room. The elevator would open its door before stopping on our floor. There was very little breakfast. No water and no cereal.

Liked: The lobby is clean and welcoming, and there was breakfast, which I did not get a chance to eat. The location was convenient near the highway.
Disliked: First upon arrival. The TV didn’t work. I notified the front desk. She came up, looked at it and said there was nothing that she could do. She would notify management in the morning. I never heard another word about it.. on my last night there. I had dropped my phone down the crack between the bed and the nightstand, and found a rotted half eaten banana and peel, and I also found the badge to the previous occupant.. when I notified the staff. They basically told me there was nothing they could do for Me that I would have to contact management, but as far as I could see management doesn’t seem to do much to reach out, so what’s the point. So then moved to a different hotel. Also, in the middle of the night, I heard a bunch of people talking loudly and smoking weed in the courtyard outside my window.

Simple, nice, good stay

Liked: Cozy, got a pool, and spacious
Disliked: The bed smelled a little like urine

Not worth the money spent...

Liked: We were close to highway access.
Disliked: The hotel cleanliness was nonexistent. Our shower was pouring out brown water. We had no towels, there were numerous dead bugs. We had to ask for linens. The pull out coach practically had springs coming through it. EXTREMES UNCOMFORTABLE!!The smell in our suite was one of mold to be honest. Our room was right next to the stairwell and elevator, and the walls were very thin. We could hear everything!! The workers were very loud Saturday morning (6:10 am) to be exact, and that didn’t stop until we checked out at about 9:45 am. The creamer for coffee was chunky - floating in our cups of coffee which we did not drink. The breakfast area was extremely crowded to the point we could not even get near the station with bagels. We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be cleaned- which we did try to check in about 1:30 pm and check in began at 3pm. The lobby was consistently hot in temperature and the smell of smoke always greeted us as we walked in or out the front doors.

Exceptional

Liked: It was clean, updated, and friendly staff. It has a small market with drinks, snacks, hygiene, and several frozen meals if you get hungry you can purchase them. Great location. Breakfast has good choices. Also, the bathrooms in the room have dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and small thing of makeup wipes if you forget yours.
