I feel bad for people who saved up for a trip and stayed there. There was no hot water, the pillows were awful, the hallway smelled, our toilet didn't work. I don't think I will book again.

Liked: Closeness of the hotel to the venue.
Disliked: No hot water whatsoever in the morning; toilet ran all night and didn't flush properly, and overwhelming chemical/cleaning smell in hallway. Pillows were terrible, rocks would have been more comfortable.

Staff employees were polite, but...

Liked: The employees were polite and helpful but most of them didn’t know English
Disliked: The beds were really uncomfortable and the metal piece on the bed would scratch our legs cuz it was sticking out and the tub plug didn’t workin room 326

Liked: It's close to Disneyland
Disliked: It was hard to get towels the AC unit was leaking water and made a puddle in our room. There's a sewer leak in the parking garage and it was 170 for 5 days.And they put unfamily oriented adults next to the room to us keeping us up all night with discomforting noises.Would have been worth paying $200 more for a decent hotel with free parking. Pictures of the pool did not match the reality of the pool.

Liked: Close to the parks parking lot
Disliked: Room smelled like chemicals and the couch wasn’t put together the floor was wet and the door was open when we got there. Bed was uncomfortable and hard as a rock.

I don’t recommend.

Liked: The distance from the hotel to Disney was great, we used the Toy Story shuttle and it was very convenient. We had a family suite , and it was very spacious.
Disliked: I did not like the bathroom set up, the rooms and facilities were run down and the hotel staff was very rude. I wouldn’t stay again especially the price you pay.
